Privacy Policy

• Account details: your email address and password when you create an account, plus your name and email address if you sign in with Google, Microsoft, Facebook or Apple.
• Saved stations: the stations you star, together with their name, address and the price we last showed you.
• Searches: the cities, neighborhoods and ZIP codes you look up.
• Price reports: the price you submit for a station, with the station, the fuel grade and your account email.

Your recent searches are kept in your own device or browser storage so they are ready next time. They are not sent to us.

If you tap “Near me”, we ask your device for your current location and use those coordinates only to look up stations around you and order them by distance. We read your location at that moment and do not track it in the background.

If you decline the request, the rest of the app keeps working. A city, neighborhood or ZIP code search does not use your location.

• To show fuel prices and stations around the location you choose, and to keep your saved stations pinned.
• To keep you signed in, protect your account, and answer you when you contact support.
• To keep the service working reliably and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Prices are gathered from publicly available listings and price reports on the web and assembled for you. They are not supplied by us directly and they can be delayed or incorrect, so please confirm the price at the pump.

• Service providers that host the app and handle sign-in and email delivery. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
• Authorities, when the law requires us to respond.

We keep your account, your saved stations and your price alerts until you delete them. You can remove a saved station yourself at any time by tapping its star again, and you can delete your account and everything saved to it from the dashboard in the app. Deleting your account cannot be undone. You can also email us to have your account deleted.

Sign-in and password handling are provided by our authentication provider, and your password is never visible to us. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

FuelFinder is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, and we will honor requests that apply to you.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use FuelFinder after a change means you accept the updated policy.
