Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use FuelFinder. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, since activity on your account is your responsibility, and let us know if you think someone else has access to it.

FuelFinder is an independent price tool. You enter a city, neighborhood or ZIP code, or allow a one-time location lookup, and we gather publicly reported fuel prices for stations around that place and sort them from lowest to highest. The app is informational, and it does not sell fuel or take payment for it.

Fuel prices change constantly and come from public listings and reports that we do not control. Prices, distances and station details may be out of date, incomplete or incorrect. Always confirm the price shown at the pump before you rely on it.

Station names, fuel brand names and their logos belong to their owners. FuelFinder is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any fuel brand, station or retailer, and we list them only to describe where a price was reported.

• Do not scrape, bulk download or automate requests to the service.
• Do not copy, resell or redistribute our data as your own product.
• Do not interfere with the service, try to break its security, or use it unlawfully.
• Do not use the service to mislead others about fuel prices.

You can save and remove stations at any time, and you are responsible for what you choose to save. You can stop using FuelFinder whenever you like, and you can delete your account and saved stations from the dashboard in the app, or ask us to do it for you.

Signing in through Google, Microsoft, Facebook or Apple, and any link that takes you outside the app, are covered by those providers’ own terms and privacy policies rather than ours.

We may change, pause or discontinue any part of FuelFinder at any time, and we do not guarantee that the app will always be available or free of errors.

FuelFinder is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of the price information.

To the extent permitted by law, FuelFinder is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including decisions you make or costs you incur based on the prices shown in the app.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm the service or other people.

We may update these terms as the app develops, and we will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use FuelFinder after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FuelFinder is operated, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
